Let our mobile coffee truck power your next gathering. Whether it’s a corporate function, teacher appreciation, film/TV shoot, wedding, or any occasion, we’re here, on wheels, to fuel your guests.
We handle everything for a full-service coffee experience, from cups to creamers, sugar, and napkins. Sit back and relax – we’ve got it covered!
Urban Grind requires a minimum fee of $800, Monday- Thursday, and a $900 minimum for Friday-Sunday. The cost includes an open bar of coffee, specialty coffee drinks, tea (seasonally frappes and/or smoothies) up to (100) 12oz drinks. Each additional hour is $100/hr. Additionally, there is an 20% service fee for every catered event. We also have a drip coffee and tea only package. Our catering team is eager to tailor a quote specifically for you. Ask about our special one-hour offer, available Monday through Friday before 3 pm, priced at $?? within a 10-mile radius of our shop. *Does not include taxes & fees.
We need a parking space measuring 30ft L X 15ft W, with 25ft of clearance above the truck. There should be ample space to open service doors and accommodate guests. Additionally, the parking area must support a vehicle weight of 10,000 lbs.
Events held on private property typically do not require permits. However, catered events on public property often require a local permit. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that Urban Grind can park and serve at the event site. If you require your property to be listed on our Certificate of Insurance (COI), please inform us, and we will provide a copy accordingly.
Our catering team will assist you in choosing the perfect catering package for your event. Typically, service time is 2 hours, but we can extend our stay for a nominal fee per person. For late-night requests (10pm-7am), there is an additional charge of $100 per hour.
To secure Urban Grind for your event, a 50% deposit is required.
Currently, our service extends to a 30-mile radius. For events beyond this radius, travel fees apply. A travel fee is applied after the first 30 miles ($5/mi after)
